What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation message via email. You will then receive another notification once a shipping label is created for your order, which indicates that we are preparing your order. We typically get orders out before the allotted 3-5 days, and we are a small family owned business that takes pride in delivering the best handmade products and service to our customers! If you pay for priority shipping, that does not mean that your order ships sooner. The priority shipping is a guarantee from the USPS that your order will arrive quickly (1, 2 or 3 days depending on which option you choose).

What is your return/exchange policy?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution!

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. If an order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.

How do I wash my headbands?

To preserve the highest quality when washing, we recommend hand washing and hang drying your headbands.

Do you offer custom designs?
